Maintenance 101

Safety first, if you are not completely comfortable making these repairs, Nautilus will happily help.  If a tenant clogs their disposal (for example) that will be a repair the tenant likely pays for.  We believe you should be given the opportunity to DIY the above repairs, for example, and these videos should help you tackle the most common tenant caused maintenance issues on your own.  Always turn power off.  Disconnect water.
